How It Works
Four Steps, and We Are Only Two of Them
Half of what follows is work you do with other organisations, at their prices. We would rather show you the whole path, including the parts we are not paid for, than present a four-step journey that is really a sales funnel.
01
The free check
You enter your degree status and roughly how much you studied. You get an honest read on whether a U.S. route looks open to you, whether you are close, or whether further study comes first.
Yours to take and go, if a sense of where you stand is all you wanted.

02
The transcript review
You send the transcript or marksheet. We read it course by course and sort every course into the categories a board acts on.
You get a verdict for each jurisdiction, a recommendation with the reasoning, and, if you are short, exactly what by and what kind of course closes it.
Where the answer turns on a judgement call, we say so rather than picking the flattering reading. A result that is three hours from a threshold is a result that needs a human, and it gets one.

- two business days
- Costs
- $249, refundable
03
The official evaluation
U.S. jurisdictions require foreign education to be assessed by an approved evaluation service. Which services are accepted differs between them, and using one that is not accepted where you apply means paying twice.
This is the step people get wrong and pay for twice, because the evaluation is run against a specific jurisdiction. Getting the jurisdiction decided first is most of what step 2 is for.
- Takes
- Weeks, and it varies
- Costs
- a few hundred dollars, paid to the evaluator
04
The application, and the exam
You apply to the board, get your Notice to Schedule, and sit. We answer questions by email while you work through it, that is included, not an upsell.
If you want exam prep, we are a Becker partner and will say so every time we mention it. You are under no obligation to use them, and our recommendation does not change if you don't.
